Reiki is a form of energy healing from the hands of the therapist.  Reiki helps to keep the whole body in balance and attuned to the mind and emotions.  It can also do this by focusing upon specific limbs of he body.  Reiki techniques applied to the hands and feet have many benefits, most importantly energy flow and during a full body treatment the whole of the body is treated with a hands on approach.  The laying on of hands serves to balance the Chakras in the body and re-align the flow of energy to begin the healing from within.
